Our selection is a sterilized
foie gras entier. It has been manipulated with
great care, without any mixing, without any
additional water nor any chemical product
whatsoever.
You will taste a fine food
having a perfect texture and smooth grain with a
unique flavor. Perfect with a Vouvray Demi Sec
(sweet white wine).

and approved by the Veterinary Services (the French
